Casa Agapito Marazuela welcomes you to Segovia with a spacious 170 m² rural house, perfect for up to 6 guests. Once home to Agapito Marazuela, a renowned Segovian musician, the property’s tasteful décor and antique furnishings reflect his cultural legacy.
Enjoy 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. A crib can be provided if needed.
Step into the private garden and relax with privileged views of the Alcázar of Segovia, the mountains, and the river. A private barbecue lets you enjoy outdoor meals.
The house is in a prime location surrounded by monuments and green areas ideal for hiking. Public transport is just 5 minutes away. A nationally recognized equestrian center is 2 minutes by car. The airfield is nearby, and La Granja de San Ildefonso is a short drive away. In winter, the Pinilla ski slopes are within reach.
On-site parking for up to 4 cars adds convenience. Pets are welcome. Events are not allowed. For your safety, a camera at the entrance monitors non-private areas.
