Enjoy peace and comfort in this holiday rental for 2 to 4 people: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious terrace. Thanks to its single-level layout, the accommodation is particularly accessible and comfortable. Quietly located, just 100 metres from the lively centre and 500 metres from the beach and the sea—everything you need for a relaxing stay is right on your doorstep.

Layout
The cosy, well-furnished living room is the heart of the apartment. The seating area features a comfortable two-seater sofa, rattan chairs, digital TV, free Wi-Fi, and an inviting dining area—a relaxing spot for a cosy evening.

The spacious open-concept kitchen offers many amenities, including a refrigerator (without a freezer), a combination microwave, and a coffee maker (Senseo/filter).

The two comfortable bedrooms each feature two single box-spring beds (80x200 cm).

The functionally furnished bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Terrace

An absolute highlight of this holiday rental is the spacious terrace measuring approximately 60 m²! Here you can relax in peace and privacy. The terrace is completely enclosed by a sturdy fence and is lockable. It is furnished with comfortable patio furniture.

You can store your own or rented bicycles in the private garden shed; there is also a charging station for e-bikes on the terrace. 
Grilling or barbecuing is permitted, but only on the raised terrace slab specifically designated for this purpose.



A high chair and a cot are available upon request.


Parking in Egmond aan Zee is subject to a fee!
A digital parking permit is included. This allows you to park in public car parks in designated zones. You must provide us with your number plate number when booking! We will enter this into the parking system.
