Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the North Sea, this is a wonderful place to spend your holiday.

The kitchen and bathrooms are brand new, and both bedrooms have been upgraded with new vanity units. The house features a new air conditioning and heating system. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the North Sea, this is a wonderful home to spend your holiday.

The living room is cosy and furnished with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a dining area with four chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a new air conditioning/heating system. 

Kitchen: The modern, luxury kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, an induction cooktop, a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a combination oven (with microwave function), and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Bathroom The bathroom has been completely renovated and features a luxurious shower, a modern sink, a heater, and a toilet.

Bedrooms The bedrooms have been given a fresh new look and are decorated with fresh colours and great care.
-The master bedroom features 2 box-spring beds, nightstands, a sink, a mirror, a built-in closet with plenty of storage space, and air conditioning/heating.
-The second bedroom features two box-spring beds, nightstands, a sink, a mirror, a built-in closet with storage space, and air conditioning/heating.

The well-maintained terrace features a cosy lounge sofa, two recliners, a parasol, and offers complete privacy. 

This apartment also includes a shared storage room where you can use the washing machine and dryer.
There is no covered storage area for your bicycles! You can store your bicycles on your own terrace, where there is plenty of space.

Parking in Egmond aan Zee is subject to a fee!
A digital parking permit is included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your number plate number when booking! We’ll enter this into the parking system.

You’ll receive a maximum of 2 access cards for the dune area.
