You use a communal parking space at the house. The property is close to public transport and the beach. Up to 2 pets are welcome, but events are not permitted.



The hosts live on the premises but not in your apartment. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The beach is just a 3 to 8-minute walk away, and the Nassfeld ski area can be reached in 20 minutes by car or with the free bus. Several restaurants serving lunch and dinner are 3 to 8 minutes away on foot. The mineral-rich tap water makes buying bottled water unnecessary. Local activities include hiking, climbing, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, skiing, ski tours, museum visits, and the Terra Mystika show mine.
