The “Seeschlösschen” is a new dream apartment located on the lower level of a detached beach house with direct beach access in the “MoMare” cove. It accommodates 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 3 children. Like our “Glückskind” beach house, this apartment is fully equipped with solid oak flooring and is therefore also suitable for people with allergies.

In the well-equipped, bright kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a well-run household, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven. There’s even a SodaStreamer for making your own sparkling water, so you don’t have to lug around plastic bottles—and the environment will thank you, too.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The spacious 160-liter hot water boiler ensures that even four people can take showers one after another.

In the light-filled living room with a pellet fireplace, a cosy sitting area offers a fantastic 180-degree panoramic view of the lake —enjoy nature’s play of colours from sunrise to sunset right from the sofa.

In total, you have 53 m² of living space plus a 15 m² terrace at your disposal, so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest without feeling cramped. A cosy south-facing terrace overlooking the lake lets you forget about everyday life in the comfortable seating area. Deck chairs and beach furniture are available to everyone on the lower level.

The Seeschlösschen is habitable year-round. Just in time for the start of the colder season, from September through May, an outdoor sauna with a relaxation room, lake views, and direct beach access invites you to unwind.
