Our holiday rental is located in our home.
It has its own entrance.
It has 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sunroom (unheated), totaling 60 m².
It is designed to accommodate 2 people. For accompanying children, there is a sofa bed in the living room
There is a parking space for your car.
This is a pet-free, non-smoking apartment and should remain so. 
A washing machine and dishwasher are available in the apartment.
Our most important employees—the horses and ponies—also live on our farm.
Hence the name of the holiday rental: Ponyblick. You might sometimes see the ponies from the windows.
The name of our little farm: Kommunikationshof Berlin-Mitte derives, on the one hand, from its location in the centre of Berlin (Segeberg district) and, on the other hand, from the joy we find in working with the ponies.

The name and the street names are identical to those of the capital.
However, the town is much quieter and more tranquil, making it the perfect place to relax. 
Its location on the edge of “Holstein Switzerland,” in the triangle between Bad Segeberg, Eutin, and Plön, makes it ideal for exploring and experiencing the area.



On-site costs: The room rate includes bed linens, towels, and final cleaning.
