The Location
The apartment is located on the ground floor of Building 51 in the complex—right on the dike in the North Sea spa town of Horumersiel-Schillig. The kilometer-long sandy beach is just 200 metres away. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!

Amenities
In the master bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a modern 32-inch smart TV for relaxing evenings. The second bedroom, lovingly designed as an “underwater world,” is specially tailored to children’s needs. It features a bunk bed and a single bed (each 90 x 200 cm)—perfect for young guests looking for a little adventure.

The open and tastefully furnished living area invites you to relax together with a Blu-ray player, radio, and a spacious 50-inch smart TV with access to Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Netflix. The high-quality bathroom leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, a large whirlpool tub, a private sauna, and heated floors. For relaxing moments in the fresh air, you also have access to a covered terrace with a view of the idyllic North Sea dyke landscape.

The upscale amenities continue in the open, fully equipped kitchen: Here you’ll find everything your heart desires—oven, dishwasher, freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, and a Philips Senseo coffee pad machine, microwave, egg cooker, iron, and ironing board. Entertainment is provided by a Blu-ray player, various board games, and a selection of books.

We’ve even thought of the little ones: children’s toys such as Playmobil and Duplo are available, and a height-adjustable high chair is provided free of charge. A fold-out changing table is also available. In addition, the bedrooms can be completely darkened if needed, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a restful night’s sleep. Upon request and for a fee, additional high chairs and a cot can be provided.

Special Features
This is a non-smoking apartment with a Finnish sauna. Guests at the family-friendly “NordseeResort Friesland” can use a free parking space, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. A washing machine and dryer are provided in the apartment.

The North Sea, the Wadden Sea, and the dunes put you in holiday and relaxation mode the moment you arrive.

The fresh sea breeze and the salty scent of the North Sea fill the air, bringing new vitality. Walks on the beach and along the dike, building sandcastles and searching for seashells, or an adventurous hike through the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, are fun for the whole family.
