There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a bright master bedroom with a large window opening onto the garden, equipped with a 160 cm bed and a spacious closet, and a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed that can also serve as a workspace. The spacious living room has a dining table and a TV area (free high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite). Two large windows open onto different parts of the terrace and garden.



An independent bathroom offers a bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, and heated towel rail. Separate WC.



The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo, classic filter coffee maker), and opens onto the large living room with a full-height glass partition.



For your comfort, the house has underfloor reversible heating.



The mezzanine is suitable for children but not for those under 8 years old. It is secured by a barrier, but you must be very careful when going down.
