All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The air conditioning can be used for both cooling and heating.

Living Area:
Cosy living room with an open kitchen, large windows with lake views, a comfortable sofa set, and a smart TV for relaxing evenings.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop with built-in range hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine, as well as a large dining table—ideal for shared meals.

Bedrooms:
4 cosy bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (160×200 cm, including under-bed storage), a mirror, and a wardrobe. Light-colored furnishings, high-quality mattresses. Bedding is included in the price and is freshly made before your stay!

Recreation Floor:
The separate recreation floor offers entertainment for all ages!
It features a pool table, foosball table, board games and children’s games, books, and a TV. Additionally, the ground floor features a corner sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a spacious balcony with a direct view of the lake.

Bathrooms:
2 modern bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, toilet, and heated floors. Towels (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person) are included in the price.

Outdoor area:
An 800 qm garden, a covered patio with a dining table and chairs for 10 people, a Napoleon kettle grill, and a private dock with lounge chairs and seating.
