The apartment is located in Fachbach, a small, idyllic village right on the Lahn River, just a few minutes from the well-known spa town of Bad Ems. The region is characterised by a varied landscape of low mountain ranges and rivers between the Taunus and Westerwald and offers many opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Popular biking and hiking trails, such as the Lahn Valley Bike Trail and the Lahn Hiking Trail, run right through the village. Canoe tours on the Lahn are also very popular and make the area particularly attractive for nature and outdoor enthusiasts.

There are numerous attractions in the immediate vicinity, including the historic old town of Limburg an der Lahn, the Baroque Oranienstein Castle, as well as various castles, museums, and thermal spas (e.g., Emser Therme in Bad Ems). The nearby spa town of Bad Ems invites visitors to relax with its beautiful promenade, cafés, and wellness offerings.
