Petit chalet chez Gaston – Free Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

WELCOME to MONTAIMONT, land of the écaillers! Part of the new commune of St. François-Longchamp.



The rental is located in La Pallud, the first of the village’s 15 hamlets, facing due south. It offers free Wi-Fi and electrical outlets with USB and USB-C. At the entrance, you’ll find a kitchenette with a hot-air fan, induction cooktop, extractor hood, sink, cupboards, and shelves. The bathroom, separated by a sliding door, features a shower, toilet, and towel warmer. In the living area: a sofa bed (184 x 140 cm), shelves, fridge, table, four chairs, TV, and microwave.



In the loft, there’s air conditioning, two 90 x 200 cm beds, several cupboards, and drawers. The fully paneled, south-facing chalet enjoys exceptional panoramic views. Dishes are provided free of charge. Bed linen is available for an extra fee. Household linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Electricity charges are payable according to consumption. Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.



Outside: shared covered terrace and charcoal barbecue. The south-facing aspect offers an exceptional panoramic view. You have access to outdoor parking and garage space, with room for bicycles, up to 2 motorcycles, skis, and various equipment.



One pet is accepted upon request. Please provide the animal’s breed, age, and sex in advance. Vaccinations must be up to date. Smoking is allowed. Events are not permitted unless agreed with the owners.



The hosts live on-site, close to the rental. Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday, but other arrangements are possible. The hosts speak French, English, Italian, and German.
