Am Anreisetag war die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet und die Temperatur in der ganzen Wohnung unerträgl..

Am Anreisetag war die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet und die Temperatur in der ganzen Wohnung unerträglich. Wir haben dann immer Nachts alle Fenster geöffnet und am Tag die Rolladen runter mit geschlossenen Fenster und die Klimaanlage voll laufen lassen. Es hat leider wenig genutz. Grund: Die SW/S gerichteten grossen Fensterflächen sind nur mit einfacher Verglasung!! Die Scheiben wurden werden des Tages, trotz runtergelassenen Rolläden sehr starkt aufgeheizt und haben die Wärme in die Wohnung abgegeben. Dagegen konnte auch die laufende, schwache Klimaanlage nichts ausrichten. Noch heisser war es in der Nasszelle (schätze zwischen 35 und 40 Grad). Die HItze bringt man dort nachts nicht mehr raus, weil es keine Fenster hat! Eine gute Lage mit schöner Terrasse können diese Nachteile leider nicht wettmachen.
