The Boddenhus Loissin is located in the village of Loissin on the East Pomeranian Baltic Sea coast, in the immediate vicinity of the Greifswald Bodden. It’s just a few steps to the unspoiled beach on the Bodden. The surrounding area is ideal for swimming, sailing, and cycling. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy in the landscape conservation area around the Bodden and in the nearby coastal forests. Notable attractions in the region include the historic Hanseatic city of Greifswald and the impressive ruins of Eldena Abbey.

With a spacious living area of 153 square metres, the Boddenhus Loissin is ideal for families and small groups of up to twelve people. The property consists of the “Seeblick” holiday home with a balcony (sleeps 5), the “Ankerplatz” holiday home (sleeps 5), and the “Koje” one-room apartment (sleeps 2) located between them. All accommodation is fully equipped. The “Seeblick” and “Ankerplatz” holiday homes can also be booked separately. The “Koje” one-room apartment can only be booked in combination with one of the holiday homes. Please enquire about availability and pricing.

The one-room apartment is on the ground floor and features a combined living and sleeping area with a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance off the shared terrace connected to the “Ankerplatz” holiday home.

The two holiday homes, “Seeblick” and “Ankerplatz,” are mirror images of each other. Each has two bedrooms in the attic, which are separate from one another. The kitchen area, dining area, and living area with a fireplace are functionally connected on the ground floor. There is also a small shower room in each home. Through the large patio doors in the living area, you can step out onto your own wooden deck.
In the small garden, you can relax, have a barbecue, or play with your children. On the west side of the property, our garden shed is available for storage (e.g., for bicycles) and features a sauna. There you’ll also find an outdoor shower and a portable ping-pong table.

Of course, on-site parking, Wi-Fi, a high chair, stair gate, travel cot, baby bathtub, and toilet seat/potty are available to you free of charge. Towels can be ordered from the property management for a fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find opportunities for windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing surfing, and sailing, as well as a campground featuring a restaurant, a mini-golf course, a small shop, bicycles, e-bikes, and much more.
