The kitchen offers the opportunity to cook for yourself. It is equipped with four hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and many other useful kitchen utensils.

Of course, the studio apartment also has a private bathroom, which offers toilet, shower, hairdryer and various toiletries.



The following services are included in the price:

- Wi-Fi Internet

- TV with international channels

- bed linen, hand and bath towels

- Final cleaning (stays shorter than 30 nights)

- All additional expenses

- Shared use of washing machines and dryers.



The apartment building is located in a very central location within walking distance of Zurich's main train station (Zurich HB). The trendy district "Kreis 5" offers numerous restaurants, stores and bars. Supermarkets are just a few steps away and the Zurich Limmat is also just a stone's throw from the apartment building. The nearest streetcar stop is a 2-minute walk away and most sights such as Zurich's Niederdorf or the lake promenade are also within walking distance. Despite the central location, the "HITrental Central Station Apartments" are in a quiet residential area, with us you feel "en route at home".



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
