Holiday Home in Former Stable near Goslar/Harz

The former stable building with hayloft from 1899 has been transformed into a charming non-smoking holiday home (end-of-terrace) featuring sandstone and timber-framed character with modern furnishings. Lovingly decorated, the house provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The open-plan living kitchen includes a pellet stove and access to the terrace, a three-seater leather sofa, a recliner, and a smart TV. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, corner bathtub with wellness lighting, toilet, and ceiling speakers. Two bedrooms are available: one with a double bed and TV, and another with two single beds (can be joined), also with TV. A cot, junior bed, and high chair are provided. The staircase with handrail (no child safety gate) leads to the bedrooms in the attic. Please consider this when booking!



Relax on your private covered terrace. The playground is shared with another holiday apartment.



Goslar, with its historic Imperial Palace and Rammelsberg Mining Museum, is about 4 km away. The nearby Granetalsperre (approx. 1 km) is perfect for walks and hikes. In the village, you'll find a bakery, two restaurants (Italian and Greek), and a general practitioner. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away.



A fixed, covered bike shelter with free charging for e-bikes is available in the courtyard. A wallbox for charging electric cars is also available for an additional fee.
