The Sonnenschein holiday rental is barrier-free and designed to be accessible for people with disabilities, offering a comfortable living space of approximately 45 m². It features a living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A special highlight is the sun terrace with a covered pergola and direct access to the garden. Fly screens on the windows, free Wi-Fi, a telephone, and satellite TV are all included. Breakfast can also be booked here upon request. Our cosy farm is a small, family-run holiday farm in romantic Franconia and stands for tranquility, nature, and personal hospitality. A separate holiday home houses a total of four lovingly designed holiday apartments, which can be booked either with breakfast or on a self-catering basis. The offerings are complemented by a small camping area for tents and RVs. All holiday apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and feature a telephone, Wi-Fi, and a TV connection. Bedding, table linens, hand towels, and tea towels are included, as are excellent amenities for young children. The farm is ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers seeking relaxation in a rural setting. The deposit is 30% of the total cost of the stay. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Breakfast can be booked on-site. One pet is allowed for a fee of 4.50 EUR per pet per night. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
