The facade and balcony were renovated at the end of 2025.

Starting January 1, 2026, the apartment will feature brand-new windows. The floors (living room and hallway) have also been recently renovated...enjoy.

A warm “welcome” from “Oliver & Family.” The apartment features a bedroom with a nostalgic retro look, a bright living room, and a bathroom with a view. The spacious balcony is weather-protected (with a view—see photos). Directly connected to the living room is the well-equipped, open-concept kitchen.

Through the kitchen window, you have a view of the local church and some peaks of the so-called “Hochgratkette,” the “Kapf,” and the “Imberg”... so you can check the mountain weather directly from the vacation apartment... enjoy.

A parking space, a shared bicycle storage area, a shared storage room, and a shared laundry room are also available.
