Small 19 m² chalet located on our family property. Enjoy your own private terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, TV, convertible sofa bed for two, coffee table, and foldable dining table. The bedroom features a 140×200 cm bed, and the bathroom includes a shower and toilet.



A large supermarket with laundry facilities is just 200 m away.



The town center is 300 m away, offering banks, a butcher, bakeries, and various shops. The greenway, 200 m from the chalet, is perfect for cycling or walking towards Dinard and Dinan.



By car: 20 minutes to Dinan’s historic center, 10 minutes to Dinard and its beaches, 10 minutes to the Rance riverbanks, 15 minutes to Saint-Malo, and 35 minutes to Mont Saint-Michel.

Location propre en apparence mais qq de détails à revoir, plat de cuisson (pyrex) sale, tasses et couverts moyens. Un nettoyage du salon de jardin aurait été bien, aussi, surtout en été.En voyant les photos de l'annonce, nous avions compris qu'il y avait un jardin, mais en fait, c'est celui des propriétaires, il n'y a pas d'intimité. De plus, je trouve ça dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'entrée indépendante et qu'on doive passer tout autour de la maison et sur la terrasse. Sinon bon acceuil, et environnement calme, commerces à proximité.
