In a quiet location, you’ll feel right at home in a fully equipped basement apartment with its own parking space. The city centre, the train station, the Rhine promenade, the Rochusberg recreational area with the Rochus Chapel, and a supermarket—everything is within a 10-minute walk.

For cars or motorcycles, there is a separate, locked storage space in the garage with a charging station for e-bikes. Right in front of it, in the outdoor area, is a private parking space for your car. Through a private, ground-level entrance, you enter the living room with a dining area. From there, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, oven and stove, toaster, and more. A separate bedroom and the bathroom complete the apartment. From the kitchen, you have access to the aforementioned storage room, which has its own washing machine and dryer. Thanks to its full amenities and the more affordable weekly (10%) and monthly (30%) rates, the apartment is also ideal for longer stays in Bingen.

You can arrive at any time, and you’ll find the key waiting for you in a key safe outside the apartment. You have your own private entrance.

A parking space right next to the apartment is reserved exclusively for you during your stay. To park your car or motorcycle, you can open the storage room—which is accessible from inside the apartment—to access the outdoor area.
