The "Iikhoarn" holiday home is located at Mövenbergstraße 13 in the charming coastal town of List on Sylt. This three-story property offers 130 m² of living space, providing ample room for up to six people. It’s ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing stay by the North Sea.

Despite its quiet location, you can easily reach a variety of shopping options, restaurants, and recreational activities within just a few minutes’ walk or drive. A supermarket, various restaurants, and an ATM are located within a radius of about 1,100 to 1,200 metres. Additional amenities in the area, such as a doctor, sports facilities like golf, and proximity to the ferry (1,500 metres), provide extra comfort and flexibility during your stay.

The modern and comfortably furnished holiday home features five rooms, including three separate bedrooms (double bed 180x200 cm / double bed 140x200 cm / double bed 140x200 cm), each providing comfortable sleeping accommodation. Two contemporary bathrooms, each with a shower, ensure that daily routines run smoothly—especially when there are several guests. The amenities are rounded out by a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, windows, and other conveniences such as hot water.

In the cosy living room, a sofa area invites you to relax. For entertainment, there are two TVs with satellite reception, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. A desk and various games offer additional activities for adults and children.

The spacious, separate kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, and espresso machine are all provided, along with all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking together. The adjoining dining area with a large dining table creates the perfect atmosphere for convivial meals.

A washing machine, a dryer (both for personal use), a clothes rack, an iron with an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner are provided. The coat closet in the entryway keeps everything organised.

One of the special highlights of this house is the beautifully landscaped garden, which is equipped with patio furniture and a lawn for sunbathing. A private beach chair invites you to relax. The adjoining terrace offers the opportunity to enjoy the fresh North Sea air or spend pleasant hours outdoors. Thanks to the private parking space, arriving by car is also hassle-free.
