About this property

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located on beautiful True Blue Golf Course.

You can enjoy the golf course by either sitting in the comfortable living room or in the screened-in porch.

The master bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into 2 twins. It has a full bathroom and a sliding glass door that leads out to the screened porch. The second bedrooms has 2 twin beds and is located next to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and its own full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television.

The living room has a 40 inch HDTV and also looks out unto the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full washer and dryer. The condo includes WiFi.

If grilling is what you desire there is a charcoal grill located right nest to the unit.

While relaxing on the screened porch you can watch the golfers coming up the 17th fairway, hitting out of the sand trap and then continuing their game to the 18th tee.

A swimming pool and hot tub is located within a short walking distance and the club house is just a short drive or 'a wee stretch' of your legs. At the club house you can enjoy a drink and a meal while watching the golfers finish their round.

Golfers Paradise

We aren’t golfers but enjoyed watching the golfers and interacting with them on the screen porch as we drank wine in the late afternoon. The place is near restaurants and shopping yet remote and quiet with! looking forward to returning!

Our second time at this condo.

Like the first time, we enjoyed our stay even though the weather was less than ideal for a few days. The condo is in a great location, we like the area and it's good to get away from Indiana in February. We will be back!

Lovely Condo

We enjoyed staying in this wonderful condo. The views of the golf course are amazing. Such a lovely spot. Our communication with the owner, Renee, was excellent! We are looking forward to returning again.

True Blue stay

This is the best "well-stocked" condo we've had the pleasure to stay in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals including spices, etc. Clean, comfortable, great views. We even saw two bald eagles out of the window! Took our three fur babies who enjoyed it too.

We are both retired. My husband has lived in Southern New Jersey all of his life and I moved from Pennsylvania to New Jersey in grade school. We have two sons, one lives in New Jersey and the youngest one is living in Manayunk after graduating from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

Why they chose this property

We have been in love with Pawleys Island from the first time we visited the area about 20 years ago. A favorite golf spot for my husband we always dreamed of owning a condo on True Blue. We enjoy getting away a few weeks each year to enjoy the sun, golf and the nightlife.

What makes this property unique

It's difficult to put into words how you feel once you open the doors to our condo. The golf course is so beautiful and serene. Just being able to watch the golfers or sit in the screened porch reading a book or talking about your day makes you feel so relaxed.
