About the Oceanwalk Community

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no-drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.
Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located in the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. These well-appointed condominiums boast wide balconies, spacious master bedrooms, big guest bedrooms, a deluxe master bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and more. Great quick vacation!

We were visiting family who was in-town also in the complex and loved this place! Super clean and great split layout so our 4 y/o slept soundly in the front room while we played cards with the family around the dining table. Close to the beach and great pools! Would definitely come back!

Good stay, but…

Overall the property was good. They need to do something about the carpet runners that are a bit of a trip hazard. Also there was a large wasp nest on the deck. Their solution was to leave a can of wasp spray outside our door while we were gone. Good pool area with nice grills. Close walk to the beach.

very nice condo

overall very nice condo, well stocked, clean upon arrival. two issues we had were the squeaky,creeky king bed ( romantic mood killer) and the upstairs owner/renter with a barking dog she liked to leave on the balcony to annoy other owners and renters. she seemed clueless that the dog would/ could bother others. had to complain to her about dog and she kept it off the balcony but we could still hear the dog barking through the concrete ceiling 4 or 5 times a day for 4 or 5 minutes at a time. don't know if she was an owner or renter. we stayed for 1 month and it was mildly annoying.

Need a lot of TLC

need TLC had to wash 2 bed sheets with blood. Carpet all to be removed dirty. Second room ugly. Replace all light bulbs every were also toilet handle broke and also replace battery in 2 remote control. There was dust everywhere. We ask to pursuit's our time because of a double booking. Never got any answer no resect for customer. Eould say to owner to replace old bed sheets and give more love to there condo.

Ocean walk condo - New Symnra

This condo was very clean and more spacious than it looks. Stocked nicely with lots of towels. The balcony is private and over looks a pond with fountains. The only recommendation I would suggest is making the front door easier to use. The lock gets stuck and is difficult to lock and unlock. Also, maybe add a dead bolt for more safety. Although, this is a family complex and New Symnra is a safe beach town. Love New Symnra Beach!
