Urlaub

Der Fernseher hat zunächst nur eingeschränkt funktioniert. Nach Aufforderung zur Fehlerbehebung hat es zwei Tage gedauert, bis der Fehler behoben war. Die Couch war zwar benutzbar aber leider in schlechtem Zustand (soll getauscht werden, dass ist aber noch nicht geschehen). Die Küchenuntensilien sind etwas zusammengewürfelt aber O.K.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass es während Ihres Aufenthalts Probleme mit dem Fernseher gab. Leider wurden die TV-Frequenzen auf dem Steinwarder kurzfristig von Vodafone geändert. Die Information darüber haben wir von der Hausverwaltung erst am Tag der Umstellung erhalten. Dadurch hatten unsere Techniker ein sehr hohes Arbeitsaufkommen, sodass leider nicht alle TVs sofort neu eingestellt bzw. repariert werden konnten. Wir entschuldigen uns dafür, dass die Behebung in Ihrem Fall zwei Tage gedauert hat. Auch den Hinweis zur Couch nehmen wir ernst. Der Austausch ist bereits vorgesehen, konnte bislang jedoch leider noch nicht umgesetzt werden. Vielen Dank zudem für Ihre Anmerkung zu den Küchenutensilien – wir werden auch diesen Punkt prüfen und optimieren. Wir bedauern die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und hoffen dennoch, dass Sie insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten.

Tolle Wohnung mit Ausblick

Wir waren schon öfter in dieser Wohnung und mögen sie sehr. Es ist alles vorhanden, sauber und ordentlich. Das Sofa könnte man einmal austauschen, weil es seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hat. Ansonsten ist aber alles top.
