Location

The stylishly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the “Südstrand 44” apartment complex, completed in 2022. The fine-sand beach is right at your feet, and the beautiful beach promenade and pier invite you to enjoy leisurely walks. Experience the benefits of this prime location with restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, shopping, water sports, and events right on your doorstep. Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, and Oldenburg i.H. are just a few of the popular destinations you can easily reach by car, train, or bike.

Amenities

The family- and allergy-friendly, non-smokingapartment with underfloor heating has everything your heart desires. In the light-filled living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the magnificent side view of the sea first thing in the morning while having breakfast. The large open-concept kitchen-dining area is equipped with all essential kitchen appliances, dishes, and silverware, so you can whip up culinary delights in good company. And when the weather is truly unpleasant, the spa-style bathroom with its own sauna and walk-in shower invites you to relax. Those who prefer to stay active can enjoy pure entertainment on the two flat-screen TVs with a PlayStation 5 (free internet included).
The two quiet, northeast-facing bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows feature a large French double bed (1.80 x 2.10 m), as well as a pull-out bunk bed, each with plenty of storage space and a cosy, stylish atmosphere. Both bedrooms can be darkened. The living area also features a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m), accommodating up to 6 people in total. For young guests under 2 years of age, a travel cot, a changing pad, and a high chair are provided.
The apartment includes a private underground parking space (No. 1) in the building, which you are, of course, welcome to use free of charge. You can securely store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.
You’ll check in directly at our on-site reception desk in the foyer of the apartment complex. We’re happy to assist you with any questions throughout your stay. At our on-site restaurant (scheduled to open in mid-2023), you can watch the seaside bustle right on the beach promenade or simply order your meal and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. Welcome to the Südstrand 44 holiday complex in 23775 Großenbrode—your perfect getaway on the Baltic Sea! The beach is practically right outside your door—just a few steps away, and you’ll feel the sand beneath your feet while the fresh sea air ensures pure relaxation.
The promenade invites you to stroll, shop, and enjoy yourself. Right on the ground floor of our building, you’ll find a restaurant (expected to open by the end of 2026) and a cosy café. This is also where you’ll find our front desk, which is always ready to assist you with tips and information about your holiday.
Just a short walk away is the Großenbrode pier, perfect for sunsets, strolls over the water, and unforgettable photos. For families, the numerous adventure playgrounds in Großenbrode offer plenty of fun and adventure for children of all ages.
