166m² vacation home for up to 8 people with sauna, whirlpool and garden

The "Elfert" holiday home, surrounded by old apple trees in Heiligendamm, can accommodate up to 8 people and a baby.

The approximately 166 m² house, situated on a 1,500 m² lot, spans three floors. The furnished, south-facing 52 m² terrace and the large garden with a grill invite you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. The house features a combined living and dining area, a kitchenette, four bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a guest bathroom, a whirlpool tub, a sauna, and an utility room. Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is also available in the property. The beach is about 500 metres away.

In the open-concept living area, three modern sofas and a wood-burning stove invite you to enjoy cosy moments together in front of the flat-screen TV. For additional entertainment, a radio and a Blu-ray player are available. The dining area, which overlooks the terrace, is integrated into the spacious living area and offers plenty of room for shared meals.

The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a steam cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker round out the amenities.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. You can use the spacious closets to store your holiday luggage.

The second floor of the holiday home features a hallway and two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub and a shower. On the ground floor, there is a wellness area with a guest bathroom, a sauna (you can get tokens at the office), a whirlpool tub, and a second shower. Laminate flooring and tiles have been installed throughout the property.

There are 4 outdoor parking spaces available for your cars. If you’re arriving by motorcycle, there are 2 separate parking spaces. You can wash your holiday laundry in the washing machine in the utility room and dry it in the dryer. A grill is also available for use in the garden.

Note: There is a guest apartment belonging to the owner on the side of the house; the owners of the house may be staying there at the same time.

Elfert Holiday Home in Heiligendamm

The Elfert holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2010, is located in a quiet residential areain Heiligendamm, Germany’s First Seaside Resort—the “White City by the Sea.”

The holiday home stands on a lot of approximately 1,500 square metres and features a large garden with mature apple trees and a 50-square-meter terrace.

A fully equipped kitchen and a modern living area spread over 3 floors guarantee a comfortable holiday.

For relaxation and comfort, there is a wellness area with a sauna and a hot tub, as well as a fireplace.

The beach, located about 500 metres away, and the Baltic Sea—with its excellent water quality—invite you to swim, take a walk, or simply relax.

A beach chair rental service (May through October—weather permitting) on the promenade is also available to enhance your day at the beach.

Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the 200-meter-long pier.
