Holiday Apartment 309 in the Meeresblick holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.

Your cosy holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn is located on the 3rd floor on the south side of the building and features a furnished balcony overlooking the park. With a size of 42 m², the apartment features a living area, a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom, offering plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. The beach is about 50 metres away.

In the living room, a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and an armchair invite you to enjoy cosy evenings watching TV.

The adjacent kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. Of course, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle are also available.

In the bedroom of this holiday rental, a double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A large closet offers plenty of storage space. (The bedroom window opens onto the atrium.) The floor is carpeted, and a roller shade and curtains have been installed to block out the light.

The holiday rental features a tiled shower room with a toilet and a hair dryer. You’ll find plenty of space on the shelves for your toiletries. Vinyl flooring has been installed in the living area, while the kitchen and bathroom feature tile flooring.

The Haus Meeresblick, which has an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the Kühlungsborn beach promenade. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Parking space No. 86 in the underground garage (max. height 1.50 m, max. weight 2,000 kg) is included with the holiday rental.

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium with real houseplants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
