With a size of approximately 66 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for 4 people. An lift takes you conveniently up to the ground floor to your apartment. The beach is only about 150 metres away.

Spend cosy hours on the sofa and the two armchairs. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. A wall-mounted fold-down bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) for two people is also located in the living area. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals or game nights with the family.

The kitchen is separate from the living area and fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. Additional storage space is available in a storage room next to the living area.

The bedroom of the holiday rental features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a second TV, and a wardrobe. There is ample space here for your travel essentials. Curtains and roller blinds are hung on the windows throughout the apartment to provide privacy and block out light.

The bathroom is tiled and equipped with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided. The entire holiday apartment is tiled.

Thanks to its central location, various shopping options, stores, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. There is an outdoor parking space (No. 26) for your vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the property. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the building’s bicycle storage room.
