You will have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, gas radiator heating throughout, TV, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, fan, and a large workspace with direct access to the terrace. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



Step out onto your private terrace, equipped with 2 sun loungers, a dining table, awning for shade, and a private jacuzzi for you to relax in. Use of the jacuzzi is not permitted after 10:00 p.m. Strictly no noise, loud music, or parties are allowed on the property.



A shared parking space is included for a small car and a motorcycle. Vehicles exceeding the white boundary lines must park outside the property. One pet is allowed. No events are permitted, and as this is a quiet, family-friendly environment, noise and loud music are prohibited after 9:00 p.m. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 30 or for groups of friends. There is no elevator in the building.



The property is 25 minutes by train from central Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), with the station and beach just a 7-minute walk away. El Masnou offers a beach and marina with excellent dining options. Public transport is very close by. The bus and train zone is 2. Please note that Masnou has streets with slopes that may be challenging for elderly guests.
