The bright living area on the ground floor, with its open, fully equipped kitchen, forms the heart of the house. This is where you’ll cook, eat, and spend time together. The fireplace creates a warm, cosy atmosphere, especially during the cooler months—firewood is already included.
Garden [&] Outdoor Living
A real highlight is the large, fully fenced-in property. Whether playing, relaxing, or just being outside—there’s room for everything here. Children can move about freely, dogs are welcome, and they, too, enjoy the freedom.
A grill is available for evenings spent together
Sleeping
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the greenery, and another with three single beds—perfect for families or small groups. For a sixth person, the sofa in the living area can be comfortably converted into an additional sleeping space. We’re happy to provide a travel cot (for children up to about 3 years old) free of charge—and most importantly, it fits easily into both bedrooms, so you can arrive feeling completely relaxed, even with the little ones. So you can start enjoying your holiday right away, the beds will already be made upon your arrival.

On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as one bath towel and one small hand towel per person.

For those who prefer a more active holiday: You can easily select water sports activities such as jet skiing, inflatable boat rides, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) right during the booking process or add them later.
Stepnica, with its shops, restaurants, and other attractions, is within easy reach—offering just the right mix of tranquility and things to do.
