Located in Val Maravel, this 58 m² holiday home stays cool in summer and welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, heating via a wood stove in the living room (in cold weather), and a dedicated workspace. For families, a baby cot, high chair, toys, and children's books are provided. Both the ground floor and upper floor are accessible on one level, and you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.



Outside, relax on your private terrace and use the barbecue for outdoor meals. There’s also a shared jacuzzi with the owner for unwinding and access to a children’s play area.



Parking includes a shared spot on the property. Communal washing machine available. Shared charging station for electric vehicles in the parking area. Pet friendly. Zara the tortoise loves children. Events are not allowed.



The property is surrounded by walking paths, the GR91 trail, and small forest tracks, all freely accessible, and the house is visible from almost everywhere. The flora is exceptional and the wildlife abundant: you may spot deer, roe deer, wild boar, badgers, lynx, hares, rabbits, a variety of birds from the smallest nightjar to the large kite, and many insects. A butterfly net is provided. The neighbor raises sheep, cows, horses, and skilled herding dogs. The rich local geology allows you to find fossils, pyrite, and beautiful stones.
