Additional Pricing Information:
All base rates apply to 4 people and include bed linen (beds are made up upon arrival), towels, and final cleaning. The daily rates listed above are calculated based on a minimum stay of 4 nights!
Please strictly observe the following guidelines:

1. When making inquiries or bookings, please avoid Saturday arrivals and departures whenever possible, as we prefer not to "split up" high-demand weekends. Therefore, please aim to arrive on a Friday or Sunday instead of a Saturday.
For arrivals or departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is *not* displayed in the online price calculator!

2. For Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we are unable to offer any discounts, as our cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for work performed on Sundays and public holidays, in accordance with collective bargaining agreements. This means: For Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we will always charge the base nightly rate specified for the respective season multiplied by 7—even if the online price calculator happens to display a discount.


Further Exceptions for Arrivals/Departures:
- Ski Jumping Events: Arrivals possible only on Thursday or Friday (no Saturday arrivals).
- Carnival/Mardi Gras: Arrivals possible only on Thursday or Friday (not on Saturday, Sunday, or Rose Monday).
- Easter: Arrivals possible only up until Maundy Thursday (arrivals on Good Friday are possible only with a booking of 9 nights).
- Easter: No arrivals possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday.
- Easter: No departures possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday.
- Whitsun/Pentecost: Arrivals on Thursday or Friday. (Arrival on Whit Saturday is only possible for bookings of at least 8 nights.)
- Whitsun: No arrivals or departures possible on Whit Sunday!
- Christmas Holidays: No departures possible on Dec. 24, 25, 26, 31, or on New Year's Day.

We will send you the binding total price via email in response to your inquiry or booking request. Upon booking, you have the right to withdraw from the contract once you receive the reservation confirmation, provided that you do not agree to the final price.


In addition to all listed prices, a visitor's tax applies, currently set at €3 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older (as of 2024).

Security Deposit & Payment Terms:
A standard security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit must be transferred together with the final balance payment no later than 14 days prior to arrival; it will be refunded to you via bank transfer within seven to ten business days after your departure.

Payment Terms:
- A 20% down payment is due within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- The final balance payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
- For short-notice bookings (made less than 42 days in advance), the full amount must be transferred immediately—within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payments on-site are not accepted!
