The small apartment is compact and clearly laid out. A combined living and sleeping area creates an open, functional atmosphere, complemented by an integrated kitchenette. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located separately. The minimalist layout feels uncluttered and serene, making it ideal for a relaxed stay in a natural setting.



Nestled in a quiet and idyllic location near the outskirts of Großraming lies our beautiful village, which consists of a main house and four guesthouses, each with 3 apartments. Above our village, on a hillside, you’ll find the forest high ropes course, a children’s climbing area, and a pond.
A little further away, separated by an orchard, is our rustic alpine hut with a barbecue and campfire area. Another attraction is the 112-meter-long suspension bridge over the Enns River.
Our property is located directly on the Ennstal Bike Trail and about a 10-minute walk from the Großraming train station. Furthermore, our village is an ideal starting point for many activities around the Kalkalpen National Park. For example, the mountain bike trail to the Ennserhütte begins right in front of our house, and the hiking trails to “Rot Stein” and “Almkogel” are also easily accessible from here.
