The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and leaves nothing to be desired. A washing machine and dryer are available for added convenience – ideal for longer stays. The cozy living area with a fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially on colder days.

Outside, a beautiful garden with a barbecue awaits you – perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. Parking available directly at the house and a reliable internet connection completes the package.

Whether you're planning a relaxing vacation, a weekend getaway with friends, or a convenient stay during a trade fair, this vacation home offers the ideal combination of comfort, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The house is fully equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, spices, soap and shampoo, an ice maker in the refrigerator, and filtered water. If you need anything else, please feel free to call us.

Towels and bed linens are provided and freshly made up.
