Located in St Jacques in the commune of Sarzeau, just 600 m from the beach via a footpath, this new 60 m² cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 moderately sized bedrooms, including 1 mezzanine under the eaves, 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for all your meals during your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and a private barbecue for outdoor cooking. Families with children will appreciate the baby cot and high chair provided.



Relax on the covered terrace, perfect for unwinding or dining outdoors with the barbecue area. The private garden is currently being landscaped and is not available yet.



Two shared parking spaces are available on site for your convenience.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge. Cleaning is your responsibility. Cleaning products, tea towels, and kitchen condiments are supplied. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
