The Maas Villa Waterzicht is a spacious, detached villa for a maximum of 10 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The villa is generously laid out and thanks to the large windows and light furnishings, you experience a sense of space and tranquillity throughout the home. The living room is cosily furnished with a Smart TV and fireplace, and provides a comfortable place to relax together.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, dishwasher and combination microwave, making cooking together extra enjoyable. The villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, all furnished with comfortable box spring beds and luxury finishes, including rain showers in the bathrooms.



Outside you will find a spacious terrace with views over a branch of the Meuse. Here you can enjoy outdoor living, have breakfast in the sun or relax during the sunset. The spacious garden is furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, so there is always a nice place to gather together. In addition, the villa has free wifi and its own parking space.
