A luxurious apartment on the first floor of a cozy building. It consists of a spacious living room (TV, large table, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is included. There is also a balcony. Central and underfloor heating. Wireless internet is available.

The well-maintained and fenced grounds of the resort offer a wide range of amenities ensuring an exceptionally enjoyable stay. There is an on-site restaurant serving excellent breakfasts, a café, and a drink bar. Guests have free access to the spa area (year-round sauna with a cooling barrel and a garden jacuzzi available between May 1st and September 15th). For children, there is a playground and a playroom. Secure parking is available. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, year-round communal sauna, garden jacuzzi (May 1st – September 15th), heating, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

The holiday resort is situated in a true oasis of peace and quiet, surrounded by dense forests and right next to a beautiful lake. Although it falls under the Stężyca holiday village, it is closer to the neighboring village of Zgorzałe, which boasts a sandy beach. More attractions, including a guarded swimming area with a large beach, water sports equipment rentals, a promenade, and numerous restaurants, are available in the center of Stężyca (approximately 2 km from the resort).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
