With a great deal of love and care, we have strived to create a comfortable yet modern space where you can feel at home, relax, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday home is located right on the Thülsfelder Dam, The main beach is about 150 metres away.

The holiday home is approximately 120 m² and can accommodate up to 5 people

—with 3 bedrooms:

1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a box-spring bed,
1 double bedroom on the upper floor,
1 single bedroom on the upper floor (1.40-meter bed),
1 spacious, sunny recreation room with additional sleeping space (sleep sofa): pool table, LED TV with a Nintendo Wii including games for all ages, reading corner, play area; a travel cot for children can also be added, and additional pillows and blankets are available upon request.

An open-concept living and dining area features a modern kitchen with a counter. The kitchen has all the appliances necessary for daily use (microwave, electric kettle, electric stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, egg cooker, refrigerator with a separate large freezer, and dishwasher). The kitchen’s basic amenities also include pots, plates, cups, silverware, and much more.

The dining area includes a 90 cm x 180 cm dining table with 6 rattan chairs (a high chair is also available).

The living area consists of a high-quality sofa set with a comfortable TV armchair and coffee table, as well as a large LED TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player.

The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor with a shower, toilet, and sink. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and a towel warmer

A washing machine and dryer are provided, as well as underfloor heating throughout the holiday home. High-quality insect screens on every window. For your safety, there is a smoke detector in every room. There is also a built-in safe and a phone with direct-dial capability. A storage room is accessible from the hallway.

The outdoor area has parking spaces for 2 cars. Additional amenities include: 2 terraces with patio furniture, a garden lounge, and sun loungers; an electric awning; an additional umbrella and grill; a swing and a climbing tower with a slide; a lockable garden shed for bicycles; and an outdoor ping-pong table.

The proximity to the reservoir invites you to take beautiful walks and go on excursions.
