This intimate, family-friendly resort (only 5 holiday homes) is just 300 meters from a sandy beach. The property is located on a quiet side street, yet within the resort center, so all attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are just steps away.

Comfortable two-story cottages. Each has a balcony on the first floor and a covered terrace on the ground floor, complete with garden furniture, loungers, and barbecue facilities. On the ground floor is a spacious living room (TV, dining table, double sofa bed), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are two double bedrooms (one with a TV). Electric heating is available. Wireless internet is available.

The resort features an attractive playground with a trampoline, slide, swings, and sandbox. Secure parking is available.

The price includes: bed linen, water, internet, parking, and final cleaning. Sianożęty is a small holiday resort located approximately 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort – Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated right next to a wide, sandy beach. The golden sand and gentle slope into the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and swim. Sianożęty is a rather quiet summer resort, offering true relaxation. Neighboring Ustronie Morskie offers many more typical seaside attractions, should you desire. The international R-10 cycling trail runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and offers stunning views of the beaches, clear sea, and charming peat bogs. From here, you can easily and pleasantly cycle to Ustronie Morskie and Kołobrzeg.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
