Landhaus Grunwald - Holiday apartment (with roof terrace)
This country house, built in the style of an old granary, features two residential units and was constructed on the site of a former farm with outbuildings. Built sustainably using historic building materials, the building exudes a very special charm the moment you step inside. The stylishly furnished vacation apartment, located on the first floor, measures 97 square meters.
The country house was newly built with great love and passion in one of Lübeck’s most popular residential areas. Located in a quiet area right next to the historic fishing village of Gothmund, this vacation rental is centrally situated between the Baltic Sea and Lübeck’s Old Town. Both are just a few minutes’ drive away. To unwind and take a deep breath, the Schellbruch Nature Reserve is also nearby, inspiring you to take a stroll and linger amidst its beautiful natural surroundings. Within a 2-minute walk, you’ll reach the public transit bus stop, which offers connections in various directions throughout Lübeck.
Thanks to its immediate proximity to Lübeck Bay and the Baltic Sea, you can reach the seaside resort of Travemünde and the entire Lübeck Baltic Sea coast in just a few minutes by car.
Vacation rental (with rooftop terrace):
The apartment offers a quiet bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and a living and dining area with a sleeper sofa and a TV. The sleeper sofa can be converted into a bed for a third person upon request. Adjacent to this is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. You’ll be spoiled by the bright, light-filled apartment, which we’ve furnished with great attention to detail. A real highlight is the 22-square-meter southwestern-facing rooftop terrace, which offers you an idyllic stay with plenty of time to relax and unwind.
On-site costs: Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are already included in the price.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
