Am Wasserwerk Guest House:

This modernly furnished holiday home, built in a stylish bungalow style, features a single-level, barrier-free design. 

The house features two cosy bedrooms, as well as an open-concept kitchen-living area with a separate dining area. Two modern bathrooms provide additional comfort and privacy.

The holiday home also includes two private parking spaces. You can spend relaxing hours in the spacious garden area: a covered patio, a cosy barbecue area, and a hot tub are exclusively at your disposal and invite you to unwind and enjoy yourself.


The two stylishly furnished bedrooms each feature a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), their own flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Electric blinds provide pleasant shade and allow for restful sleep at any time of day.

The open-concept kitchen-living area features a modern design and is fully equipped—including an oven, stove, refrigerator, and high-quality kitchen appliances for a comfortable stay. The adjacent dining area offers ample space for up to 5 people.

The spacious bathroom features a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. Additionally, there is another modern bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge.

The open-concept living area invites you to relax with a cosy seating area, a massage chair, and a large flat-screen TV. The tasteful and modern furnishings create a stylish, high-end atmosphere of comfort throughout the house.

A large sliding door leads directly from the living room to the spacious, covered terrace with a cosy seating area. The private garden area also features a barbecue area and a hot tub—ideal for relaxing moments and a restful holiday.
