My country house, featuring three beautiful holiday apartments, is located in an exclusive setting not far from Königssee and Berchtesgaden—surrounded by nature, yet so close and easily accessible. I’m delighted to offer you a lovely “home away from home” for your stay.

The Watzmann Attic Studio, approximately 40 m², is suitable for 1–2 people and offers a breathtaking view of the Watzmann massif. Cosy, small, and charming—perfect for enjoying some solitude or time together. The hardwood floors, exposed rafters, beautiful kitchen-living area with
a dining area and couch, the double bed, and the bathroom with a shower make this
little gem a true oasis of well-being. The covered outdoor seating area, bathed in evening sun, makes the whole experience absolutely perfect.
