In the house: central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house. Single garage at the house, public car park at 500 m. Shop 650 m, bus stop "Segnes" 350 m. Skisport facilities 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir, Baumwipfelpfad Senda di Dragung. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera - Weisse Arena. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Flims, Laax, Falera ganz Jahres Wanderg. Schneeschuhwandern, Winterwanderwege etc, Sommer Wanderwege etc. (flimslaax.com). The owner does not accept any youth groups.
