We offer you a fully renovated wooden mobile home with a covered wooden terrace, just outside Fontenay-le-Comte, in the heart of South Vendée, the Green Venice. The highlight: a peaceful outdoor area with direct access to the water, perfect for relaxing in the sun.



The location is perfect for exploring the Marais Poitevin, known as the "Green Venice," with its boat trips about 15 minutes away. The city of Fontenay-le-Comte, recognized as a City of Art and History, is about 10 minutes away. The Mervent-Vouvant Forest is great for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor activities. The medieval village of Vouvant is listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. Lake Mervent is ideal for swimming, fishing, and water sports.
