Design-FeWo Schiefertraum Sauna Wallbox Terrace

In this 124 m² space, we’ve combined classic design elements with natural slate and solid wood furniture. A terrace featuring a sauna, a plunge pool for up to four people, a stainless steel outdoor shower, a table for six, and a gas grill invites you to relax. We offer two designer bathrooms featuring elegant slate elements. Two bedrooms with built-in closets featuring solid maple fronts provide pleasant retreats. A workspace equipped with a printer and high-speed Wi-Fi (400 Mbit) makes remote work easier.

Guest access

The accommodation is part of a large farmstead (former farm) and has its own entrance and parking area off Darmstädter Straße.
Our guests have exclusive use of the entire building, the fenced-off area around the house, and the terrace.

Additional Important Information
Our accommodation is not explicitly designated as accessible. However, it is designed in such a way that we can set up a portable ramp and, with a little preparation, provide accessible entry. We should be notified of this at the time of booking so that we can make the necessary arrangements. The bathroom on the ground floor is designed to accommodate guests with mobility impairments. All of our sinks are wheelchair-accessible, and the shower partition on the ground floor can be folded inward, allowing a wheelchair to be positioned parallel to the toilet. None of this meets the standards for accessible construction. It helps us accommodate family members during family gatherings that we host at the property.
You’re also welcome to schedule a preliminary tour. We’re committed to making holidays possible for people with disabilities, and if we can plan ahead, we’ll be happy to accommodate special needs.
We also welcome people with intellectual disabilities, even if they exhibit challenging behaviours.
