This charming seafront home is within walking distance from the village of Afissos and a few kilometers away from the city of Volos. The back gate opens directly to the beach of Kalifteri on the Pagasetic Bay. A large patio offers stunning views of the sea. The total size of this furnished one level home is about 56 square meters overlooking the sea and mountains.
The estate includes the following:
one double bedroom, one living/sitting room area with sofa/bed, large screen TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one large bathroom with shower, one large front patio facing the sea ,one large back patio, two private areas for sunning and lounging.
Large air conditioner cools the home. Screened windows let in pleasant breezes.
Property has private parking areas on the side, front, and back and can accommodate as many as 6 vehicles.
Outdoors area may be used for BBQ, dining and lounging. The beach contains bench, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Remote-controlled, keyed gate provides security and privacy, restricting accessibility to the property.
Conveniently located next to the property is a restaurant-bar providing food and drink throughout the evening.

Excellent property - kids will love it!

The house itself is comfortable and cosy, but the best thing is its position - right on the Kalifteri beach. The beach and the water are excellent- and not very crowded at the end of July. The heat is moderate probably due to the mixture of sea and mountains - it is a perfect climate. The courtyard is safe for kids and there is enough space for them to play. There are a lot of vegetation around and it is easy to find some shady spots under the trees. The neighbourhoods are OK and the properly is accessible directly from the paved road. A car is not needed as the bus station is at the front gate, but I recommend getting a car for longer trips. George - the owner - is a nice guy and a very helpful person. He speaks English perfectly, I enjoyed chatting to him. My family enjoyed our stay here and we hope that we can do it again next year.

I have been in love with the area of Pelion my entire life, as it offers both the wonders of the Pelion Mountains and the beauty of pristine waters. Having traveled extensively on my job, I have seen many areas of the world, but still derive the most enjoyment in this little piece of paradise.

I chose this property due to its proximity to both the beach and mountains and built a home where I could enjoy these beautiful surroundings. The home is surrounded by idyllic mountain villages, lush vegetation, and breathtaking beaches. The biggest draw is having the calm waters of the Pagasetic Bay at my back door, something very few homes can boast.
