The apartment includes a small bedroom with a double bed, bunk beds in the hallway, and a sofa bed for 2 available on request. Fully equipped, it features portable air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a fitted kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle), washing machine, iron, and 2 fans.

Booking conditions:



Check-in and check-out times are arranged in advance and must be strictly respected to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Late check-in or early check-out is possible upon prior request, for an additional fee. Any delay causing a scheduling change will incur an additional fee. Arrivals and departures during the night are not accepted.



A security deposit via credit card hold (not charged) is required before key handover. The apartment must be left clean at departure: empty bins, cleaned fridge and cupboards. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed.
