Shop 3 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Strážné náměstí" 1.4 km, railway station "Vrchlabí" 10 km. Ski lift, slopes 30 m, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Sněžka 40 km, Zámek Vrchlabí 10 km, Krkonošské muzeum 10 km, Špindlerův Mlýn 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Strážné 30 m, Herlíkovice 4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vejsplachy 10 km. Hiking paths: KRNAP. Please note: suitable for families. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

On the lower ground floor: shower, Sauna. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and TV (flat screen). Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (6 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. No internal connecting door between the floors.
