The house is situated in the heart of Maribosøerne Nature Park, one of Denmark’s most beautiful natural landscapes. Explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike through the Aage V. Jensen Nature Reserve, where lakes, extensive beech forests and the historic estates of Søholt, Engestofte and Ulriksdal form a stunning backdrop. History enthusiasts can visit Engestofte Church with its commemorative plaque for Monica Wichfeld and discover the nearby memorial stone to the marksman H. L. Hansen. Walking trails start right on the doorstep, and the extraordinary paulownia plantation bordering the property also invites you to enjoy relaxing walks in the countryside.
