Full kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, includes fridge with icemaker, micro, stove, disposal, and dishwasher, Wifi, satellite TV, and a DVD player. A washer and dryer are also available. The bathroom has tiled tub/shower. There is an outdoor gas BBQ grill and a side yard with table and chairs and a fire pit. Great location - horse boarding is also available. Great access to Cave Creek recreation area with hiking, biking and horse trails. Property also has a riding arena.
