A warm welcome to our holiday rental right next to the forest.

We’ve put our heart and soul into recently renovating our holiday rental, and we’re delighted every time guests arrive and feel right at home from the very first moment. As hosts, it brings us immense joy to share this special place with others and help them enjoy a carefree getaway. We’re always available to help, but we fully respect your privacy.

A holiday without man’s best friend is unthinkable to us. That’s why we’ve made a conscious decision: Dogs aren’t just allowed here—they’re warmly welcome!

Since we have direct access to the forest right outside our front door, you won’t have to go far to find a trail after you arrive. Grab the leash, open the door, and dive right into the lush greenery of the Spessart. Whether it’s a morning stroll or a long afternoon hike—here you’ll find peace and open spaces together.

You’ve arrived in one of Bavaria’s most beautiful regions. We’re located in the heart of the Main-Spessart district, where rolling hills and deep forests create a backdrop that helps you slow down.

And since we’re right in the heart of Franconian wine country, indulgence is part of the experience. Just a stone’s throw from Würzburg, you’ll experience a colourful mix here:

- Pure nature: Hiking, biking, or simply clearing your head—right from your front door.

- Culture and city life: In the mood for a city trip? Würzburg, with its Baroque splendour, the Residenz, and cosy wine taverns, is just a short trip away. You’ll enjoy the tranquility of the forest while having the cultural offerings of the big city right nearby.

Since we’re in the thick of family life ourselves, we know exactly what matters. That’s why our holiday rental is also perfect for families. Even though we don’t have a separate children’s room, the spacious sleeping area can be easily rearranged so the kids can sleep comfortably with their parents. This way, you’ll be close together as a family and can enjoy your time together in peace. We’re also happy to provide a cot. If you’d like a more peaceful night’s sleep—or if it’s more practical for older children—our living area also offers an additional sleeping option on the couch. This gives you maximum flexibility.

To ensure you feel right at home upon arrival, simply let us know when booking how you’d like the beds arranged for your family—we’ll then prepare everything accordingly for you. A special highlight: Our holiday rental features a small, relaxing terrace and a small garden reserved just for you. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace while the birds chirp, or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine.
